Annie Mac’s Lost and Found Festival, Malta

Each year, Radio 1 DJ, Annie Mac takes her ensemble of world-class artists to Malta to host an incredible weekend filled with great music, boat parties, castle raves and so much more. It’s the best way to kick off your summer.

The Governors Ball Music Festival, New York

Head to the Big Apple and go to The Governors Ball Music Festival (aka, the GovBall) where the food is just as good as the music. Be sure to try Pizza from Roberta’s and any of the incredible sweet treats they have on offer. Join Florence & The Machine, Major Lazer, The 1975 and The Strokes on Randall Island for a weekend you won’t forget!

For fun in the sun, head to NOS Primavera Sound. It’s the place to be if you want to see up-and-coming indie bands, as well as great headliners that provide those amazing sing-alongs that will keep everyone happy. Not to mention, the festival is spread out over six outdoor stages at the waterside Parc del Forum.

Bonnaroo, Tennessee, USA

Secret Solstice, Iceland

Perhaps one of the more ‘out-there’ festivals, Secret Solstice takes place in Iceland during the brightest time of the year, meaning you could be partying at 11am or midnight and you wouldn’t more the difference. This year, see Martin Garrix and Rita Ora headline – along with many smaller acts!

Open’er Festival, Poland

Why not jet off to Gdynia, Poland this summer and join in with their biggest festival, which every year boasts an amazing line-up (last year saw Gorillaz and Bruno Mars perform). Fuji Rock Festival, Japan

The trek to Japan is worth it for this incredible festival. The first ever Fuji Rock Festival was held in 1997 at the bottom of Mount Fuji. Artists from all over the world flock to perform over the weekend, including James Bay, Skrillex and Bob Dylan.

Lollapalooza, Chicago, USA

Lollapalooza began as a travelling farewell to the band Jane’s Addiction, it ended up finding its forever home in Chicago and the line-ups have been getting better and better throughout the years. This year, you can expect to see Tame Impala, Ariana Grande, Twenty One Pilots and more at the festival. Food lovers will rejoice at the food market that sits within the festival as it serves up all sorts of international cuisine and delicacies.

Burning Man, Nevada, USA
